What types of classes do you offer?

We offer a variety of classes including yoga, Pilates, barre, and reformer Pilates. Each class is designed to cater to different fitness levels and goals, ensuring a comprehensive fitness experience.

Do I need to have prior experience to join a class?

No prior experience is required to join our classes. Our instructors provide modifications and guidance to accommodate all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

How do I book a class?

You can book a class through our website or mobile app. Simply create an account, choose your desired class, and reserve your spot. You can also call our studio for assistance with bookings.

What should I bring to class?

For yoga and Pilates classes, bring a towel and a water bottle. For barre classes, you might also want to bring grippy socks. For reformer Pilates, all necessary equipment is provided, but bringing a towel and water bottle is recommended.

Do I need to bring a mat?

No, you do not need to bring a mat. We provide mats for all yoga and Pilates classes.

What should I wear to class?

Wear comfortable, form-fitting athletic wear that allows for easy movement. For barre classes, grippy socks are recommended, while for yoga and Pilates, barefoot is generally preferred.

Can I cancel or reschedule a class?

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule a class through our website or mobile app. We ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Please note that if a class is not canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours, it will be considered lost and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

What is your waitlist policy?

If one of our classes is fully booked, you can book onto the waitlist. If an enrolled customer cancels their class reservation and a spot becomes available up to 6 hours before the class, the person who is first on the waitlist will be automatically enrolled and notified by email. We kindly ask for you to keep an eye on your emails and your account to ensure you are ready to jump into class. If you are on the waitlist and you can no longer attend class, please contact the studio to inform us you can no longer attend. If you are assigned a spot in the class, you can still cancel up to 24 hours before the class time. Any cancellations within 24 hours of the class time will be classed as a Late Cancel in keeping with our usual Late Cancel and No Show policy.

What happens if I'm late to class?

If you are late and have not notified us, you will not be able to attend the class and it will be considered a no-show. Please try to arrive a few minutes early to ensure you have time to settle in.

Do you cater to all abilities?

Our classes are designed to accommodate beginners, intermediate, and advanced students, ensuring everyone can participate and benefit from our offerings.

Do you offer private sessions?

Yes, we offer private sessions for yoga, Pilates, barre, and reformer Pilates. Private sessions are tailored to your individual needs and goals, providing a personalized fitness experience.

Do you have shower facilities?

Yes, we provide clean and well-maintained shower facilities for your convenience. Feel free to freshen up before or after your class.

How can I cancel my membership?

All memberships require a minimum commitment of 3 months. After the initial 3 months, you can cancel your membership with one month's notice in writing to our email address: info@elevenelevenstudios.com
